Steve Paul Jobs , the Co-founder, Chairman and CEO, Apple Inc., CEO, Pixar, Co-founder and CEO, NeXT Inc., a creative entrepreneur whose passion for excellence and ferocious drive transformed six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, phones, tablet computing, and digital publishing.
Steve Jobs stands as the ultimate image of creativity and functional imagination. He knew that the best way to create value in the twenty-first century was to connect creativity with technology. That is why Steve was so successful: He deliberately twisted reality so that you became convinced, you could do the impossible.
He provides people a factual view of the passions, perfectionism, obsessions, artistry, and obligation. He was a genius at connecting art to technology, of making leaps based on instinct and creative imagination. His account is informative and cautionary, filled with lessons about innovation, character, leadership, and values.
He lived his dream and there was no compromise, He knew what he wanted and he got it. The sign of a great leader is someone who can take the ideas of others and utilize them for them-self. Like in teaching profession, the teacher must ask a solicitation of ideas from the learner and put them together for better learning.
Jobs contributed a lot in the field of education because through his creativity in innovating technology this helps the teacher to utilize them in teaching. Furthermore, the principle of Jobs somehow manifest a great input, because he used his creativity to create a invention that is connected to reality like in my fields the teacher should encourage the learners to show their creativity in the teaching learning process.
I would like to end my insight with a quotation from Steve Jobs, “My job is not to be easy on people. My job is to take these great people we have and to push them and make them even better.” As teacher we should motivate our students to be an effective leader someday, by giving them activities that is beyond exceptional, they should be trained to work with their indigence’s or talents because it will lead them to excellent.
